CHEESE PUFFS 
2 c. ground cooked ham
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
12 slices toasted white bread
6 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk

Combine first 4 ingredients. Make 6 sandwiches of bread and spread, then cut them into quarters diagonally. Arrange in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan with the crust side down. Beat eggs and milk, then pour over sandwiches. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes, uncovered. A great brunch dish!
