BAKED RICE AND MEAT 
2 c. cold, cooked meat
2 c. consomme (soup)
2 med. onions, chopped fine
1 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. rice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. fat or shortening
Salt and pepper

Cut meat into cubes; add consomme, tomatoes, one of the onions, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes. Melt fat in skillet. Add other onion and uncooked rice; brown slightly. Add to other mixture. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
