CRAB MEAT BAKE 
1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs, hard boiled and mashed
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add flour, stir until smooth. Add salt, parsley, mustard, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth. Stir in milk until smooth. Add crab meat and eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
