1 1/2 lb. boneless veal (cut in cubes) 2 eggs 2 tbsp. water or milk Cracker crumbs Season eggs or veal with salt and pepper. Dip meat in eggs and cracker crumbs. Brown meat in skillet with butter. Place meat in buttered casserole, cover with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove lid and brown last 10 minutes. |
