BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread
1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 lg. pkg. frozen hash O'Briens
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
Dash of chili powder
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cube bread; brown sausage. Layer in 9x13 inch pan: bread, sausage, hash O'Briens, Cheddar cheese. Beat together eggs, mustard, milk, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour over top of casserole. Spread 1 can cream of chicken soup over top; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let set 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
