BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 box chopped broccoli
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
4 med. or 3 lg. eggs
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
3/4 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt

Bake at 350 degrees until done.
