CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 boiled & boned chicken
1/2 - 3/4 pkg. spaghetti, cooked in chicken stock
12-14 oz. grated cheese (cheddar mostly)
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 c. chicken stock (left over)

Saute together the onion, pepper and mushrooms. Heat together the mushroom soup, tomatoes and chicken stock. Mix all of above in large rectangular baking dish. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
