PAPRIKA MUSHROOMS 
4 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. rose paprika
1 1/2 tbsp. flour

In skillet heat butter; add onions and saute until golden. Add mushrooms. Cook 3-4 minutes. Stir in seasonings and flour. Cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and heat gently. Do not let boil! 1/4 pound cubed cooked ham may be added. Serve on toast or patty shells.
