PARTY POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/4 stick butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. grated cheese
1 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Crushed potato chips

Place frozen hash browns in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Add onions. In small bowl, melt butter and add the sour cream and chicken soup. Add mixture to hash browns in pan. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees on middle of oven rack.
