CHEESE POTATOES 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
Velveeta cheese
Cooked potatoes (med. size)

Melt butter in saucepan, mix in flour. Add 1/2 salt and pepper and milk. Let cook on low heat until sauce is thickened. Add chunks of Velveeta cheese to desired cheese taste. Pour over cooked potatoes.

Serving suggestions: Mix in cooked broccoli with potatoes, pour sauce over it. Sauce can be put over any vegetable that you like.
