CHEESE AND POTATO SOUP | |
2 c. potatoes 2 c. water 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 celery 1 med. onion 1/2 c. carrots 1 can creamed corn 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 2 c. milk Combine celery, onion and carrots in place in blender. Blend to a thick liquid. Combine water, potatoes, celery, onion and carrots in large pot. Boil until potatoes are cooked. In another pot make cream sauce using flour, butter and milk. After potatoes are cooked add cheese (cubed) to potato mixture. Add corn and then cream sauce. Heat on low and serve. |
