1 yellow cake mix
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 egg
2 tbsp. water

Combine all ingredients using a spoon. Drop by teaspoon about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
