1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix the top 4 ingredients until crumbly. Spread in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

Topping:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs

Beat topping ingredients and pour over mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
