2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
.5 c. water
.5 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
Red food coloring
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
1 sm. Cool Whip
Graham cracker crust

Drain strawberries. Mix juice with water, sugar, cornstarch, Jello, and food coloring. Cook until thick and clear. Cool. Add strawberries. Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, and Cool Whip. Pour cream cheese mixture on pie crust. Add strawberry mixture as topping.
