NOODLES (TESTA) 
2 eggs, beaten
2 heaping tbsp. butter (each should be like egg size)
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Flour, sifted

Mix together everything but the flour. Mix it good. Now add the flour until the dough is very stiff. Boil the water with salt in it and put a ball of dough between your hands and rub over the water and the little noodles will fall off in the water and cook. Remember the dough has to be hard so it will peel off when you rub it.
