CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 sm. pkg. cornbread dressing or seasoned croutons
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 lg. chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken

Stew or crock pot chicken (no salt). Debone and save broth. Melt butter and stir into dressing. In casserole dish put a layer of dressing crumbs, a layer of chicken. Dilute mushroom soup with 1 can of saved broth, pour over layers. Again layer bread crumbs and chicken and pour diluted chicken soup with 1 can of broth over layers. Top with crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
