CHICKEN DIVAN 
1/4 c. oil
3 whole chicken breasts, split & cut into sm. pieces
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken broth or bouillon
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown chicken in oil and set aside. Melt butter in saucepan and add salt and flour; cook a little, slowly add chicken stock; cook until thick and boils; remove from heat and stir in cream and Tabasco sauce. In large casserole, place broccoli in bottom, put chicken on broccoli, pour sauce over all; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
