BEEF IN SOUR CREAM 
2 lbs. round steak
1/4 c. shortening
1 lg. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. beef bouillon
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Cut steak in 1 inch cubes. Heat shortening on surface unit on medium high setting. Add onions and garlic and saute until onions yellow. Add meat and brown well on all sides. Pour off fat, add remaining ingredients and blend. Cover and bake in 2 quart casserole in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hour.
