BEEF AND VEGETABLES IN SOUR
CREAM
 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, diced
4 carrots, cleaned and sliced
8 oz. mushrooms
3/4 c. sour cream
Dash of paprika
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
Dash of garlic powder

Brown meat with salt and onion. Drain. Clean and slice carrots. Cook carrots 10 minutes in 3/4 cup water. Add all ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice or potatoes. Serves 6.
