PEAR JAM 
6 c. cooked pears, mashed and drained
4 c. sugar
1 box SureJel
2 lg. boxes apricot Jello

Mix all this up and cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Put in jars and seal. You can also freeze this until you get ready to eat it. You can substitute peach flavored Jello, either is good.
