PECAN TASSIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. all purpose flour
1 egg
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
7 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Paper muffin cups

Mix ingredients from the first column and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Next mix ingredients from second column. Then get the first mixture roll into 1 inch balls. Press into the bottom of muffin pans with baking paper muffin cups. Spoon 1 tablespoon of pecans on top of cream cheese batter then pour 1 tablespoons of liquid batter on top of the pecans then sprinkle top with pecans (bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes).
