PARMESAN CHICKEN 
3 c. crushed corn flakes (approx.)
2 whole boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 stick melted butter

Cut chicken breasts into strips 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide or according to taste. Dip chicken strips into melted butter; roll in corn flakes and Parmesan cheese mixture. Arrange in oven proof oblong baking dish. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
