CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up, skinned
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing or light reduced calorie salad dressing
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Dash of salt and pepper

Brush chicken with salad dressing, coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until tender.
