VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
6 med. potatoes, sliced
Approximately 2 c. sliced carrots
2 cans green beans
1 can or 1 pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 head of cabbage
1 lg. can tomato juice
1/2 c. catsup
Bottle of taco sauce
Salt, pepper, onion salt
Paprika, oregano

Brown hamburger in pan you are going to make soup in. (If you use plain hamburger, pour off excess grease). If you use ground lean chuck, this won't be necessary. Add potatoes, carrots, and enough water to cover.

Add salt, pepper, and onion salt. Let come to boil; add green beans, corn, and liquid from each. Add cabbage, tomato juice, a dash of paprika, and a little oregano. Let cook on low until potatoes and carrots are done. Add about 1/2 cup of catsup and the taco sauce. Simmer until ready to eat.
