1 stick butter
3 tbsp. red currant jelly
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. each, rosemary and savory

Melt butter and jelly over low heat. Add the other ingredients. This can be used as a basting sauce for any dark wild game.
