CRAB AND PASTA 
8 oz. pasta, cooked & drained
1 1/4 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. crab meat, flaked
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat soup, stirring until smooth. Add butter and milk, continue heating. When steaming, remove from heat. Stir in cheddar (reserving some to sprinkle on top). Combine cheddar/soup mixture with crab, pasta and pepper. Spoon into greased, shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes.
