BAKED FISH WITH SHRIMP 
4 lg. catfish fillets
Seasoned bread crumbs
1 lb. shrimp
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Lay the fish fillets on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt butter and add lemon juice, then brush on the fish. Peel raw shrimp and place them in a line across the fish. Sprinkle fish and shrimp with bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes on 400 degrees.
