1 egg white
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg white until stiff, adding sugar. Then add pecans and vanilla; drop on ungreased sheet. Bake at 250 degrees about 3 minutes. Yield: 48. Damp weather undesirable for this candy.
