SCHOOL BATTER BREAD | |
1/2 c. sugar 3 pkgs. dry yeast 2 eggs, beaten 3 c. warm milk 5 c. flour 1 1/2 c. rolled oats 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. melted butter Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk. Stir in beaten eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and spread in greased 11x15 inch pan and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees until done. Brush with melted butter while hot. Slice and serve. |
