HERB BATTER BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 1/2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Herbs - choose one or more:

1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Parsley
Dill

Stir until smooth and sticky. Add 1-1 1/2 cups more flour. Let rise until double, about 35 minutes. Put in greased pan. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
