NEW POTATOES IN CREAM SAUCE 
Small red new potatoes
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. plain flour
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. milk
1 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Set aside. In saucepan melt butter, add flour and onion add milk and half and half slowly, add salt and pepper. Cook on low heat until thick. Pour over new potatoes when ready to serve.
