WILTED LETTUCE SALAD 
4 slices bacon, cut up
1/4 c. vinegar
2 bunches leaf lettuce (shredded), about 4 c.
1/3 c. chopped green onions
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs

Fry bacon until crisp. Mix eggs with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add to skillet and heat until hot. Remove the skillet from the fire. Add lettuce and onions; toss from 1-2 minutes until lettuce is wilted. Makes 4 servings.
