MAM-MAW'S TEA CAKES | |
2 eggs 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. cooking oil 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. self-rising flour Put all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix well and drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet (greased). Bake at 425 degrees about 10 to 12 minutes. Tea cakes will harden as they cool. |
