MEXICAN STEAK 
3 lbs. beef chuck top blade steak
1 chopped onion
1 can Ortega chili
1 fresh jalapeno
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch oregano
1 dash garlic powder
Salt & pepper
1 can tomato sauce
Water to dilute
Use lg. skillet

Cube steak, brown steak. Add spices, cook meat until done, add remaining ingredients and cook until water evaporates. For Chili Verde use pork. For Chili Pollos use chicken.
