MILE HIGH BANANA CREAM PIE 
Prepared graham cracker crust
5 egg whites
1 c. sugar
3-4 sliced bananas
8 oz. container Cool Whip
1 c. coconut

Combine egg whites and dash of salt. Beat to a stiff foam. Add slowly 1 cup sugar. Beat to very stiff. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake for 1 hour in 200 degree oven. Cool. Arrange bananas into pie. Combine Cool Whip and coconut and spread over bananas. Chill 1/2 hour and serve.
