BANANA PUDDING 
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten, save whites for meringue
1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk use 1/2 cream & 1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
Vanilla

Cook slowly over low heat until thick. Alternate with bananas and vanilla wafers. You can use 1/2 can crushed pineapple for pineapple cream pie. Add coconut for coconut cream. Add 3 tablespoons cocoa and increase sugar to 1 1/2 cups for Chocolate Pie.
