CHICKEN WINGS PACIFICA 
12-15 chicken wings, disjointed
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. water

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard, butter and water. Heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool. Arrange wings in shallow pan, pout above marinade over wings and refrigerate at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Bake in marinade over wings several times. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or cold!
