PINEAPPLE PECAN CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Sift together and cream:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, one at a time

Add:

2 c. crushed pineapple alternating with flour

Pour in prepared pan (8 x 12) bake 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

Cook until thick:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk, stirring
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour on cake while hot. Very moist and good.
