PINEAPPLE PECAN CAKE | |
2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 cup chopped pecans 1 can cream cheese frosting Mix first five ingredients. Mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost with canned frosting. |
