LADY BUG SOUP 
3 oz. Snack Ramen oriental noodles
2 c. water
1 egg, beaten
1 scallion, sliced thin
Shreds of chicken, crab or clams (leftovers)

Boil water, add egg slowly, stirring constantly in water to break yellow, add leftover shreds of meat and scallions. Cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, add noodles and continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.
