YUM-YUM COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 pkg. WHOLE graham crackers

Line bottom of 9x13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. In saucepan, melt butter. In a bowl, combine sugar, egg and milk, add to butter and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add coconut, pecans, and graham cracker crumbs. Pour over layered graham crackers, top with another layer of graham crackers.

Top with frosting:

1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. milk
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and spread over graham crackers. Chill overnight, then cut into squares.
