CARROTS AND COGNAC 
1 1/2 lb. frozen carrots
1/2 c. butter, do not substitute
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Cognac

Melt butter in bottom of 2 quart casserole. Stir in sugar, salt and carrots. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add Cognac. Keep covered until served. Can be frozen.
