CARROT-APPLE SALAD | |
4 c. shredded carrots (sm. chunks) 2 apples (peeled, cored, cut in sm. chunks) 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (drained) 1/4 c. raisins 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sugar Mix carrots, apples, pineapple and raisins. To make dressing, combine sour cream, sugar and mayonnaise. Mix well and pour over fruit. Keeps well in refrigerator. |
