BUSY DAY CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 can mushrooms soup
2 c. rice (Minute Rice)
1 1/2 c. water
1 chicken (cut up)
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Pour rice into 13 x 9 inch pan; add mushroom soup, onion soup and water and mix together. Place cut up chicken pieces on top of rice and cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.

Uncover for the last 15 to 20 minutes and let chicken brown.
