CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. cooked chicken
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sm. green grapes
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 can pineapple chunks

Combine chicken, salad oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Let stand overnight. Gently toss together all ingredients.
