BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. unprocessed wheat bran
3 tbsp. safflower oil
3 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt & cinnamon
3 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 c. milk

Optional:

Raisins
Pears
Apples

Combine dry ingredients.

Combine oil, honey, eggs (beaten) and milk.

Pour dry ingredients into this mixture.

Stir and bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
