OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. oat bran or 1/2 c. oat bran & 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. rolled oats or 2 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. Puritan (canola) oil
3 egg whites, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup or honey or brown sugar
2 tbsp. raisins or dried sweet pitted cherries
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds (optional)

Whatever combination you desire to make up the 2 cups of oats.

Mix dry ingredients together. Add rest and mix thoroughly. Spray muffin tins with Pam or whatever. Spoon mixture into tins and bake at 350-375 degrees for 17-20 minutes. Makes about a dozen full size or 16-20 small muffins. Enjoy!
