2 chopped green peppers 1 Jalapeņo pepper diced (remove the seeds) 2 chopped onions 1 tbsp. olive oil 2 lb Chorizo sausage (ground, not in casings) 2 lb ground turkey 2 tbsp. Chili powder 1 tsp. chipotle chili powder 2 tsp. salt 2 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes 4 (15 oz) cans pinto beans 1 cup water This makes a LOT. Would be easy to make a half batch. In a large stock pot, cook onion, green pepper, jalapeņo and olive oil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add sausage to stock pot and put turkey in fry pan. Brown both over medium heat (about 7 minutes). Drain excess fat. Put all ingredients in stock pot (or two depending on size) on medium heat until it begins to boil.
