MEXICAN RAMEN CHILI SOUP 
2 packets chili ramen noodles
2 frozen hamburger patties, cooked and chopped
1 (15 oz.) can black beans (the seasoned kind), drain half the liquid
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup salsa
chili powder, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
onion powder, to taste
3 cups water

GARNISH:

dairy sour cream
shredded cheese (I use Mexican "fiesta" style)

Bring 3 cups water to a full boil. Add ramen noodles. Cook until noodles are done.

Drain water leaving enough to barely cover noodles. Add remaining ingredients, simmer 10 minutes.

Serve topped with dairy sour cream and cheese.

Variation: Add chopped jalapenos for more kick!
