ZESTY GRILLED POTATOES 
4 med. unpared potatoes
1/2 c. bottled Italian dressing
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Scrub potatoes; cook in skins just until tender, about 30 minutes. While hot, cut unpeeled potatoes diagonally into 1/2 inch slices. Place in shallow glass dish; pour dressing over hot slices. Let stand 1 hour, turning slices once.

Remove potatoes from dressing; place on grill 3 inches from hot coals. Grill 8 to 10 minutes on each side until golden brown; season with salt and pepper after turning. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
